Recipe for your Day Off

To round off a busy, happy and productive week, begin with these...

Chocolate Chip Sultana Biscuits

125 grams butter
1 cup soft brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon milk
2 cups wholemeal flour or plain flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup sultanas

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius, line baking tray with baking paper.

Cream the butter and sugar, add vanilla and egg, beating well. Stir in the milk. Sift the flour then fold into the mixture, stir in the chocolate and sultanas. Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking tray with about 4cms in between as the mixture spreads a bit. Bake approx 15 mins.

Then do a little of this...

And a lot of this (note the pyjamas?)

Have a great day everyone. We intend to.
